What we do

Ockham’s razor states that when there is more than one theory or method to choose from, the simpler is better. We agree with this 99% of the time. It’s what we aim and live for, simplifying and streamlining complexity for the various partners we work with.

However, we are also mavericks and rebels. William of Ockham was one of the finest thinkers of the middle ages, but we’re not averse to overturning tradition sometimes. After all, without complexity, there could be no simplicity, and we are equally good at working with large amounts of data and grappling with complex information that needs to be maintained and fully understood. In fact, the other 1% of the time, we may add to it – but only when necessary.

When you have two competing theories that make exactly the same predictions, the simpler one is the better.
